RM9M Smart-Agriculture Platform
Led a development team to design and deliver a ~RM9M smart-agriculture programme, managed end-to-end as project manager and software engineer. Delivered in two phases: a farm-management and fleet-tracking platform, then digitalisation of verification and loan processes.
Phase 1
Phase 1 — Farm Management & Fleet Tracking
A farm-management solution built around the full paddy cycle — every task tracked — paired with real-time fleet tracking and environmental telemetry.

- Satellite crop analytics: Sentinel imagery + drone capture layered onto Mapbox (Mapbox Studio raster layers), computing NDVI / NDMI indices and statistics from the readings
- AI crop-disease detection — inspects paddy for disease and returns a mitigation plan
- Fleet management via Flashy, AWS IoT, and Teltonika FMB / FMC 920 telematics devices
- Weather telemetry: Davis Pro V2 weather station wired through a Raspberry Pi mini-PC streaming to the AWS MySQL database

Phase 2 — Digital Semakan & Loan
Migrated the physical verification (semakan) and loan process to digital — identity-first, AI-assisted, and fully online.
- Migrated physical semakan (verification) and loan processes to a fully digital workflow
- eKYC implementation with AWS Rekognition
- On-prem LLM: setup with Ollama for document/processing assistance
- Managed a ~RM9M programme end-to-end as PM + lead engineer
